What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimums depend on the decoration method. Embroidery starts at 12 pieces, screen printing at 24, and DTF and sublimation can go as low as 1 piece for sample runs.

Do you charge setup fees?

No. Austin Print Co does not charge setup fees, art fees, or screen fees on standard orders.

How fast can you turn around an order?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after art approval. Rush and same-day options are available for qualifying orders produced at our Cedar Park facility.

Do you ship outside of Austin?

Yes. We ship orders nationwide and offer individual drop-shipping for onboarding kits and remote teams.

Can you help with design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our in-house designers can create artwork, redraw logos, digitize for embroidery, and prepare files for any decoration method at no extra charge on standard orders.
