Richardson 112, Yupoong flat-bill, New Era fitted, Carhartt beanies, and structured performance caps all live in our stock catalog — pick a blank, send a logo, and we handle digitizing, proofing, and production in house.

What is the minimum order for custom hats?
We keep minimums low on embroidered hats. Contact us with what you have in mind and we'll confirm the minimum for your specific blank and decoration method.
How long does a custom hat order take?
Standard production is 10–14 business days from artwork approval. Rush turnaround inside 5 business days is available on Richardson, Yupoong, and stocked Carhartt blanks, subject to schedule.
Can you do 3D puff embroidery on trucker hats?
Yes. 3D puff is a specialty of ours — we adjust digitizing density and stitch order so the foam holds cleanly. Best on bold, connected letterforms; thin serifs and small text should stay flat.
Do you charge for digitizing?
Digitizing is included on the first run of a logo. We archive the file, so every reorder skips the fee.
Can I supply my own hats?
Yes on customer-supplied blanks at a decoration-only rate. We qualify the blank first — some cheap import caps have crown structures that don't sew well.
What hat brands do you carry?
Richardson, Yupoong, Flexfit, New Era, Carhartt, Sportsman, Melin, and Otto are all stocked or dropped through our wholesale accounts. If you have a specific SKU in mind, send it — we probably already carry it.
