What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimums depend on the decoration method. Embroidery starts at 12 pieces, screen printing at 24, and DTF and sublimation can go as low as 1 piece for sample runs.

Do you charge setup fees?

No. Austin Print Co does not charge setup fees, art fees, or screen fees on standard orders.

How fast can you turn around an order?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after art approval. Rush and same-day options are available for qualifying orders produced at our Cedar Park facility.

Do you ship outside of Austin?

Yes. We ship orders nationwide and offer individual drop-shipping for onboarding kits and remote teams.

Can you help with design?

Yes. Our in-house designers can create artwork, redraw logos, digitize for embroidery, and prepare files for any decoration method at no extra charge on standard orders.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of greater Austin including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Westlake, and the Domain, plus nationwide shipping.

Pick the right Melin silhouette

Here's how the most-ordered Melin models compare and where each one fits best.

A-Game Hydro

Best for: Golf outings, country clubs, executive gifts

Performance 6-panel with a slight curve and laser-perforated panels. The most-requested Melin silhouette for corporate orders.

Coronado

Best for: Lifestyle brands, hospitality, coastal branding

Relaxed low-profile fit with a curved brim — reads casual and premium at the same time.

Odyssey

Best for: Streetwear, teams, younger audiences

Structured crown with a flatter brim for a bolder, modern look and a larger decoration area.

Trenches

Best for: Outdoor crews, event staff, everyday wear

Lightweight and breathable with an athletic fit that holds up to Texas heat.

Hydro (water-repellent)

Best for: Boating, fishing, golf, outdoor events

Hydrophobic treatment beads water off the crown; floats if it hits the water.

Icon / Thermal variants

Best for: Winter promos, ski trips, holiday gifting

Warmer knit and thermal fabrications for cold-weather versions of the same branding.

How we decorate Melin hats

Custom molded PVC patches

Full-color, weather-proof patches molded to your logo and applied to the front panel — the standard decoration on Melin blanks.

Custom shapes & colorways

Patches are built to your artwork's shape and color palette, then matched to the hat colorway on a free digital proof.

Need stitching instead? Our Austin embroidery team can decorate other hat brands with direct embroidery.

Melin fit & size guide

Most Melin caps are fitted in size runs rather than one-size adjustable. Snapback styles are the exception.

Size	Head circumference	Typical fit
S/M	6 3/4" – 7 1/8"	Smaller to standard adult
M/L	7" – 7 3/8"	Standard adult — the safest default
L/XL	7 1/4" – 7 5/8"	Larger adult
One-size snapback	Adjustable	Mixed groups and gifting

Gifting a mixed group? Most teams weight the order toward M/L and add a smaller share of S/M and L/XL, or default to snapbacks.
