How APC produces event work
Event production operates differently from standard corporate or industry work. Dates do not move. Sponsor scope expands and contracts inside the final 30 days. Artwork from multiple stakeholders has to be managed in parallel. Delivery has to hit activation venues with loading-dock precision. APC handles event work through a dedicated account workflow with reserved production capacity for SXSW in March, Austin Marathon weekend in February, F1 race weekend in October, ACL Festival in October, and UT Austin rush seasons in August and January. Clients book production capacity in advance and receive priority production access inside those windows.
