What services do you offer?
Direct to film printing, screen printing, embroidery, UV printing, and laser engraving. We also offer design help and product sourcing.
Do you offer same day services?
Yes, when orders arrive before 11 a.m. with print ready files. Same day depends on stock, order size, and production approval. Rush fees may apply.
Do you have order minimums?
Minimums depend on the service. DTF printing for apparel, 5 pieces. Screen printing, 36 pieces. Embroidery, 5 pieces. UV printing and laser engraving, no strict minimums, pricing improves with volume.

Ordering and Pricing

How do I get a quote?
Send your design, the product you want, and the quantity. We will return a tailored quote fast.
What is included in the price?
The blank item and decoration. We do not charge setup fees. Specialty placements, oversize prints, or rush service may add cost.
Do I have to pay up front?
Yes. Payment is required before production starts.

Artwork and Design

What files work best?
Vector files are preferred, AI, PDF, EPS, SVG. High resolution PNGs can work for some print methods. No artwork yet, our design team can help.
Can you match exact colors?
Embroidery uses thread charts and we match closely. For DTF we match closely and can align with Pantone when needed.

Production and Turnaround

How long will my order take?
Typical turnaround is 9 to 12 business days after artwork approval, payment, and stock confirmation. Rush options are available.
Do you provide samples?
Digital mockups are standard. Physical samples are available by request, fees may apply.

Products

Can I bring my own items?
Yes. Our production team must approve all customer supplied products before we proceed.
What brands do you carry?
Bella Canvas, AS Colour, Gildan, Nike, Adidas, Richardson, Augusta Sportswear, and more.

Shipping and Pickup

Do you ship orders?
Yes. We ship nationwide. You can also pick up at our Cedar Park showroom.

Local delivery can be arranged based on order size and location.

Do you offer fulfillment or team stores?
We do not run online stores. We do offer kitting and fulfillment for corporate programs and events.
