Build your own Gang Sheet

Why use a gang sheet

  • Lower cost per piece when you print multiple items on one sheet, plain and simple.
  • Faster turnaround, because one layout means one press run.
  • Less waste, more consistency, and fewer setup headaches.
  • Ideal for stickers, labels, decals, patches, small posters, business cards, and tagless merch.

How it works

  1. Upload your artwork files. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, TIFF, PSD, PNG, JPEG.
  2. Tell us final cut sizes, quantities per art, and preferred substrate. If you do nothing, we suggest optimal nesting to save you money.
  3. Preview the gang sheet. Rotate, reorder, or approve. We check color, bleed, and trim.
  4. Approve the digital proof. Choose rush or standard production. We print, cut, and ship.

What we need from you, in plain terms

  • Final artwork at actual size, 300 DPI for raster files.
  • Vector files preferred for perfect cut lines.
  • Add 1 8 inch bleed for each artwork that prints to edge, or tell us to add bleed.
  • Use CMYK color profile for print color accuracy.
  • If you need die cuts or kiss cuts, include cut line in a separate spot color named CutLine.

Common gang sheet specs

  • Max sheet size, 13 by 19 inches.
  • Paper options, coated, uncoated, synthetic, vinyl.
  • Sticker material, gloss or matte vinyl, with laminate option for weather resistance.
  • Cutting, kiss cut for stickers, full cut for die cut items.
  • Minimum safe distance from trim, 0.125 inches.

Proofing and color control

  • We provide a digital proof for approval, and a physical press proof on request.
  • Want color match, provide Pantone numbers, or order a press check.
  • We will flag files that are too low resolution or have missing bleeds, so you do not get surprised in production.

Who this is for

  • Merch brands that want consistent runs of stickers and tags.
  • Restaurants and cafes printing loyalty stickers and promo cards.
  • Designers and agencies batching small prints to save money.
  • Event teams producing badges, passes, and spot prints.
